REDONDO BEACH, CA – July 8, 2014 – T2 Tech Group, a leading provider of information technology consulting services, today announced that all T2 Tech employees are now Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified. The Lean Six Sigma certification offers valuable principles, which T2 Tech has already begun to apply to existing IT projects and internal processes in order to better serve their customers.
The certification program was led by Maureen Harte, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and President/CEO of HartePro Consulting. Maureen has 18 years of experience training and implementing process improvement programs in healthcare, information systems, and other industries.

T2 Tech is integrating Lean Six Sigma Principles into their project management methodology and internal processes, with a focus on minimizing waste, increasing efficiency, and maximizing value. The main driver is a dedication to improving service levels for T2 Tech customers.
