Los Angeles, Calif. – April 24, 2019 – Recent practice growth motivated T2 Tech Group to add top-tier personnel in business development and project management.

T2 Tech Group (T2 Tech) begins 2019 by announcing the addition of two new team members to the firm, Geri Pavia as VP of Business Development and Veré Davis as Healthcare IT Project Manager. T2 Tech is a respected provider of innovative technology solutions to a diverse client base, including major healthcare providers. Both Pavia and Davis bring demonstrated and proven expertise in the healthcare industry.

Geri Pavia joins T2 Tech’s leadership team, where she will establish and develop new client relationships, growing the firm’s already expanding business portfolio. Pavia comes with 17 years’ experience as a healthcare client executive. She is also an active, influential member of the Southern California Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society. Most recently, she was with Orion Health as Regional Director of Healthier Populations. Pavia brings an impressive depth of experience and knowledge of healthcare in technology-based environments. She understands strategic sales planning, key-account management, client relations, solution selling and sales team leadership. Her network of relationships spans healthcare systems, payers and providers, as well as biosciences, public-sector services, state and local governments, and education. Robert Konishi, Managing Partner of T2 Tech, emphasizes, “And what we like most about Geri is her ability to build strong, productive relationships with healthcare organizations.”

To fulfill growing client demand, T2 Tech is expanding its arsenal of talented project managers with the recent addition of Veré Davis. On her first engagement as a T2 Tech project manager, Davis is leading an Imprivata rollout and a population health data aggregation project at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. (Imprivata provides the OneSign Platform for securing employee access to systems using a single sign-on. Population health management, an emerging practice area for T2 Tech, gathers patient data from multiple platforms to support analysis of treatment costs and outcome success rates.) Davis is a solutions-oriented professional with an MBA degree and over 18 years’ experience in IT and healthcare project management. She’s adept at working with multidisciplinary teams to improve business outcomes through effective team communication, efficient systems development, streamlined processes, and a variety of project management methodologies. Davis joins T2 Tech from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she was Health Systems Manager. At Cedars, she led the planning and analysis of technology management lifecycle to ensure proper system implementation and improved patient care. In her prior positions, Davis managed projects ranging in size from $1 to 10M for large-scale organizations, including the Port of Los Angeles and business units of The Walt Disney Company.

“We’re always looking for opportunities to energize and add depth to our team with the best talent,” says Konishi. “Geri and Veré will help us continue to deliver on our promise to provide solutions that don’t push any vendor agendas but always put the client’s business priorities first.”
