James Rockenbach
James (Jim) Rockenbach has over thirty years of leadership experience in formulating winning sales strategies to maximize performance and profitability. His unique experience leading strategic and tactical sales organizations in middle and large market companies along with his ability to build strategic relationships and partnerships across multiple industries has consistently delivered strong customer acquisition growth. His service in executive sales leadership roles assisted in four successful exits and acquisitions by both public and private equity stakeholders.
As chief strategy officer, Jim’s responsibilities will focus on expanding T2 Tech’s consulting and advisory portfolio in its core markets served, while further developing strategic partnerships and new customer acquisitions in emerging markets.
In his most recent role as Chief Sales Officer at TridentUSA Health Services, Jim was instrumental in guiding the sales organization of 140 through the company’s capital restructuring, and securing a fractured customer base, achieving new customer acquisition, market share, and revenue objectives in the core markets served, along with developing the foundation for diversified growth into new market opportunities.
Prior to joining Trident, Jim was the Senior Vice President Sales and Strategic Partnerships for H-Source a supply chain marketplace technology for healthcare (hospitals, surgical centers, post-acute care). under Jim’s sales leadership, the company celebrated quarter over quarter revenue growth exceeding 39% respectively for the last four quarters ending 2018, and acquired over 1,100 participating hospitals, across 32 states, representing 49 integrated delivery networks. Subsequent to H-Source, Jim was the Vice President of Operations, Support Services, Legend Healthcare (successfully acquired by The Ensign Group in 2016), a top 100 post-acute care provider with 18 high acute transitional care facilities, responsible for over $80M in non-labor spend with over 3,000 vendor contracts. Jim was able to reduce spend by $12M year over year for 5 years.
Prior to joining Legend, Jim was a managing partner of FastFire Advisory a consulting/partner capture strategy firm he formed, capturing strategic partners for technology, software, and service companies serving the professional service, financial services, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and healthcare markets. Jim’s portfolio included PWC, SunGard, Bearing Point, and Kaiser while leading multiple client staffs. Jim’s experience also includes executive and leadership roles at Enumerate, TechRx (successfully acquired by NDC Health in 2003) Medical Arts Pharmacy (successfully acquired by Pharmerica in 1999), and Bio-Oxidation (successfully acquired by Private Equity in 1996).
