Chris Sears

Chris is a VM Server Engineer who has a background in IT leadership. Specializing in transition, design, administration and support of the Windows and Linux server environment, Chris adds value to the team with a strong focus in Fortune companies such as AT&T, DirectTV, and the military. A 20+ year veteran in the IT community, Chris is fluent in leading large-scale IT integrations and innovating solutions for clients.

Currently, at T2 Tech Group, Chris works with Mesa Water District® on several projects, including the redesign and upgrades throughout the Windows server environment. Also providing technical support administration in planning and implementing upgrades, Chris’ work is primarily concentrated in understanding and documenting client needs and working with the team to find solutions.

Prior to joining T2 Tech, Chris performed troubleshooting on a variety of equipment, including servers, laptops, desktops, printers, and more. With extensive experience in supporting 1200+ on-site and remote users, Chris has deployed, setup and configured new servers and environments.

Graduating from Mt. Sierra 2022, Chris will soon hold a Bachelor of Science degree in systems, networking, and LAN/WAN management. A veteran of the United States Army, Chris served his country for over seven years.
